GPEC (Global Phase Equilibrium Calculations)

GPEC has been developed to calculate and visualize automatically phase diagrams of binary systems obtained by different equations of state.

The program was originally created during the year 2005-2009 in PLAPIQUI institute (Bahía Blanca, Argentina), based in the algorithms developed by Prof. Martin Cismondi during his PhD and postdoctoral studies with the collaboration of Prof. Michael Michelsen from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU).

The currently available version of GPEC is the last front-end developed in Phasety (Start-up accelerator from the National University of Córdoba) by Martín Gaitan (Github Link).

So far, there is no other software with similar or equivalent capabilities. Because of that, the user community of GPEC has grown significantly during the last years, with thousands of downloads from academic, scientific, and industrial institutions from more than 50 countries.
